Order Cancellation:

• Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement.
• Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Return Policy:

• Products are non-returnable once opened or used.
• Returns accepted only for wrong item delivery or damaged products (unboxing video required as proof).

Refund Process:

• For approved returns, refund will be processed within 7 working days.
